So...it's been a rough start to the month for me. First run of the month (heck...first workout outside of removing molding, carpet, pad and tack strips! :laugh: )...also happened to be "tri practice night"...although no swimming until June. Did my own version of the duathlon, though - bike, run, bike instead of run, bike, run....eases me into training, and saves me from having to put my bike rack on my car LOL
Biked 2.6 miles to the park, ran 2 miles, biked 2.6 miles home. :happy:
