Stay away from the message board if you can help it. There are a lot of hateful people here that may discourage you from doing what works for you. Nobody knows everything.

    lol @ hateful….

so in your 24 post history you have determined the threads to be hateful …

sounds like someone started a thread and has some serious but hurt going on ...

There are no 'good' foods or 'bad' foods. There is just food. Eat it. Log it. Adjust. Number-crunch. Want to add 200 cals there? Subtract them from here.

There are no 'cheat days'. It's not 'cheating' to eat. There are just days. Log. Adjust.

    Don't demonise food.

There is no such thing as a plateau and/or if you arent losing weight, you arent 'doing everything right'.

Another member wrote this posting, I would say weight plateau is a real thing but if you gain weight, you might have to wonder why? Its called weight plateau for a reason cos it exists. Perhaps it's nature's way of allowing the body to take a pause from a massive weight loss week before, perhaps it might be exercise (muscle weighs heavier than fat), who knows but this comment is negative in itself by other member because might be giving somebody on here wrong impression about their plateau in weight being their fault etc. I would say 1 week weight plateau is fine but if it's two, then action might be required.

Don't give up if you fall off the wagon for a day/weekend/week. It might be discouraging to not lose for that week or two, but its a lot more frustrating to gain. Also, be honest in your food/excercise diary.
