Jicama. Cooks and tastes a lot like a potato, but has a third of the carbs. I've used it in some soups, stews, and casseroles, and have been pleased with the results.0

I currently have 27 Jello pudding cups & ~16 Jello gelatin cups in my fridge . Whenever they're on sale at the store I stock up because I frequently have too many calories left over at the end of the day so I end up eating a couple before bed. Delicious & no effort! Definitely my newest food obsession.Just discovered Jello SF FF pudding mixes. 100 cals to eat the entire box, are you kidding me? I'll be having a LOT more pudding in the coming weeks. Wonder how they would taste with some coconut milk?0 -

CocoaWell ...it's a cocoa powder infused with caffeine that I add to protein shakes, oatmeal or drink like hot cocoa sweetened with stevia. ...I'm allergic to milk chocolate so this is a really good substitute.

I've been super into jerky as my go-to snack, lately! I'm looking to try making my own turkey jerky this weekend!
It may not be as dainty as a 100 calorie pack, but heck, when one serving is anywhere between 50-100 calories and jam-packed with protein, I don't really care how "manly" chewing on a meat stick makes me look!0 -
