    TM run and incline walk for another 3.7 miles. Did a 20 minute HiiT/Tabata workout too. Planning on a dog walk this afternoon.

    Decent runs this weekend and today: 8.5k all, just under 10k/hour, and I felt pretty invigorated afterwards. Gotta love spring running!

    5/4 – 5.11 miles (3.1 race pace, 2 miles easy pace)
    5/5 – 5.09 miles (:30/:30 intervals plus stronglifts)
    5/6 – 5.28 miles (easy run)
    5/7 – 6.12 miles (easy run plus stronglifts)
    5/8-5/11 – 1.0 miles (On a cruise, running track closed due to high winds. Could only get through 1 mile on the boring treadmill but lots of untracked walking including many stairs. Still managed to get in stronglifts.)
    5/12 – 7.22 miles (easy run)

    The weather this week is looking great, my schedule is MUCH clearer then last week AND I start my C25K training this week. :) I think I will pass the distance I set. I might change it when I do.
