Jicama. Cooks and tastes a lot like a potato, but has a third of the carbs. I've used it in some soups, stews, and casseroles, and have been pleased with the results.

Just discovered Jello SF FF pudding mixes. 100 cals to eat the entire box, are you kidding me? I'll be having a LOT more pudding in the coming weeks. Wonder how they would taste with some coconut milk?
I currently have 27 Jello pudding cups & ~16 Jello gelatin cups in my fridge . Whenever they're on sale at the store I stock up because I frequently have too many calories left over at the end of the day so I end up eating a couple before bed. Delicious & no effort! Definitely my newest food obsession.

Cake unfortunately lol. I never even used to like cake but I've become ocd about baking lately. I've tried to find healthier recipes but I seem to mess them up doh.

CocoaWell ...it's a cocoa powder infused with caffeine that I add to protein shakes, oatmeal or drink like hot cocoa sweetened with stevia. ...I'm allergic to milk chocolate so this is a really good substitute. :)

I've been super into jerky as my go-to snack, lately! I'm looking to try making my own turkey jerky this weekend!

It may not be as dainty as a 100 calorie pack, but heck, when one serving is anywhere between 50-100 calories and jam-packed with protein, I don't really care how "manly" chewing on a meat stick makes me look!

Coconut water is my newest obsession. I used to hate it, but now that it's getting hot it's so refreshing and fantastic. Plus so good for you.

My favorite froyo place has matcha flavored yogurt... It's fantastic together with dark chocolate and/or salt caramel.
