    Never done this before as I'm just getting into the forums.
    Put me down for 50 miles - hopefully mostly cycling.

    Just had a shoulderblade pain crop up last night, so I don't know what my exact level of movement is gonna be until the dr. app't tomorrow.

    Can I re-join this challenge? I joined in November and December ( but stopped 1/2 way through them month..sorry)

    I am going to aim for 50 miles.

    Monday: 4 miles
    Tuesday: 2 miles
    Wednesday: 4 miles + I am doing Shred ( 28 minutes)

    Okay, I'm new here, but...can I join? Huh, huh? Can I?

    I've walked 11 miles on my treadmill so far this month. I bike a lot in the summer, but this is Wisconsin and January, so no biking for me this month--just walking, maybe working up to jogging.

    So, I'm going to give myself a challenge to move 100 miles in January.

    By the way, I was drawn to this by the name "Move Your *kitten*"! Love it!

    I'll add your names to the spreadsheet. The more the merrier.
    @ dem2164, ladileslie you have to set a mile goal for the month and a ticker to track it, or if you don't want a ticker you can write it underneath your signature (the green letters)

    I would love to join this group/challenge, my goal for the month will be 50 miles....
    None for the month yet so I better get my @$$ movin'! I will get a ticker up and going for this challenge shortly!!

    I'm in. Didn't meet November or December but I keep increasing my goals too and I'm getting closer each time. I'll set mine at 100 miles and as of today I'm already at 21. Just might meet it this month.

    Got in my 2 miles on the elliptical after Insanity's Pure Cardio and 10 minutes of CLX's Extreme Abs!

    So far doing great. Walked 10 miles.

    Goal Set = 60 miles - 10 miles walked = 50 miles left to reach goal.

    I'm so out of shape and this is hard. I probably should have set a lower target but I am pushing it. I'm going to give it my all.
