    Had planned for at least 5 today and was feeling good, but all of a sudden the mild lingering pain in my knee that I'd talked myself into believing was just soreness became much worse and I had to cut it short and walk the rest of the way home. I'd already planned to just focus on getting to 50, as 60 wasn't going to happen, but now I think I'll have to take a break for a while and if it gets better in time just make 40.

    yeah...I suck...SOOOOO been slacking on my running. but I just did a 15K this morning, and am starting the Runner's World Summer Challenge on Monday :)
