Not much fitness wise. I've been on a taper the last couple of weeks for a cycling event on Saturday. This week I only had one short and slow ride mid-week...otherwise I'm not really supposed to be doing anything except eating, carb loading, and maybe a little walking.

I won't say it because it would get me a strike, but I did it seven times today.
TFW no gf but high-speed internet.

Did a few sets of pull-ups too.

    I'm in.

I am sort of gassy - so staying away from other people is all.

I went to 50 minute Yolates (Yoga-Pilates) class, then to the gym for 15 minutes to do a few more stretches that we didn't do in class.

Stationary Bike - 40mins, random program.
Wanted to go for 60, but that should just leave my legs with more juice for squats tomorrow!

I-I did... S-seventeen minutes on an ellipitcal...

Then my knee (gorramit) started acting up again so I had to call it quits. But I at least got in something - I wasn't able to work out this morning, but I got it in at lunch.

Tomorrow if I don't have anything at lunch and my knee is feeling up to it, I'll try for another 30 minutes on top of my morning strength routine.

Not much. Super boring day at work. I get off in an hour, then home to cook and eat dinner, then it's FitnessBlender for my cardio workout. Tomorrow I won't be coming into the office, so it'll be much more productive. Lifting day. :)

Today was a light cycling day so only 20 mins at an average of 10.3 mph.

Saturday is my killer day though as its time for the Lawning Mowing and Gardening to begin in earnest.

MFP tells me to expect to be burning around 800 cals that day.

I kept rearranging the furniture in my living room. New apartment and couldn't figure out a way to make my sectional fit and have access to my kitchen. I felt like I was doing a physical math problem. Then I just gave up and just took a nap and let my hubby figure it out when he came home. Now I'm about to eat the rest of my calories and read some news articles.

Exceeded my nike fuel goal , and started and completed day 1 of the AB Challenge on Facebook. I also did 30 minutes of Barre 3, but I log the calories burned within my "nike fuel".

I did learn to plank today. I had to hold a plank for 10 seconds on Day 1.. I found the burke burke you tube video with some helpful hints... awesome. I did it and I look forward to planking more!!

20 mile bike ride for me. I think you passed me at 20 miles and shook your head at me for giving up too soon

20 minutes on an Expresso bike (billy goat falls - killer hills)
    5 minutes rowing machine (boring!)
    10 minutes elliptical (also boring)

    Then

    100kg on leg press (PB!)
    Hamstring curls
Quad thingies (can't remember what it's called)
Calf raises (thank you left calf for not complaining too much)
    Seated row
    Lat pulldown

Will probably mow the yard this afternoon, after cleaning up the mess left by Sam and Ricky the wonderdogs.

    .
  • I ran for half an hour. It was so hot outside too. I usually only run in the fall, winter and early spring.

    Fitness-wise:

+ I did well on my eating for the day.

+ I went shopping (three stores) and chased after my kids for hours at Chuck E Cheese.

+ I just got up after helping them fall asleep to do my kettlebell routine!
