            Chickpeas!! (aka garbanzo beans)
Recently I have used them to make homemade hummus and healthy blondies. I also marinate them and throw them in salads or roast them with cinnamon and sugar. They are versatile and fairly cheap too!0 -

            I really like crunchy cauliflour. You cut it up into bite sized bits, add a little evoo and a little garlic salt, and then baked it at 450 until it is nice and golden and crunchy. Soooo good!0

First I just fried it in butter and served with sliced tomato, but yesterday I added some garlic to the butter and served with homemade pico de gallo.

            Pistachio nuts. I carefully measure out 1/2 cup (with shells). I eat them slowly and stick to one serving. Nuts are healthy, but calorically dense, and it's easy to overeat them.0
