    Half of a Caffe Nero Raspberry, Orange and Green Tea fruit booster. Basically tasted like syrup. Way too sweet and not worth the calories for the whole thing. Left it on the train!

    Porridge oats with warm milk for breakfast!

    And as I was sitting in work eating them, remembered I had lovely blueberries at home I could have added to it! Oh well, will eat them tomorrow! :happy:

    Yoplait 100 Greek yogurt and soon an apple. It's breakfast and I wanted to try the yogurt ... obviously missing crucial calories haha Also, I want to eat healthy again and lose enough weight to tone up and become a bada** hottie :)

    Salmon and dill fishcake with rice, soya beans and some Bello Gratinato grated cheese mixed in, along with kale toasted in the oven (you don't need to use anything, it won't stick). Mmm. Why? Dinner time. And I'm about to go out swimming so I need some fuel :)
