Beverages: Red wine, green tea (I make pitchers of iced green tea, to which I add either a mint teabag or a fruity teabag)

I would love to keep some of the 'healthy' snacks around my house, but I can't because I will eat them ALL. I tried but it didn't work. I learned it was better not to have any of those around. So instead my husband and I keep:

Easy micrwave veggies (sadly, high in sodium, but I rinse the sauce off so that prob cuts it in half)

minute rice. higher in carbs and calories, but quick and easy!

OMG Nutella, that stuff is the BOMB.. it helped me quit smoking (dipped celery in it when i had cravings) and now with dieting it is still around for that part too.. i highly recommend it.. For those of you who don't know cigs. have caffeine in them and the nutella gave just enough caffeine to curve that fix.. Don't believe me? ask you doc.. I was surprised to find that out too.
BTW I keep all sweet n low in the house to sub for sugar.. always have but seems to be catching on now.. I still use sugar some but in moderation.0 -
