    Farm fresh local eggs
Grass fed beef, pork and chicken
In season veggies (garlic, potatoes, carrots parsnips, winter greens- whatever the farmers market or CSA has)
    Homemade whole wheat bread
    Whole wheat pastas
    Local cheeses
    Frozen wild blueberries
    Frozen shrimp
Fruit and dried fruit (grapefruit, oranges, apples, pears and prunes)
    Greek Yogurt
    Walnuts, almonds and cashews
That is more then 10 but I am a big farmers market and CSA shopper. I also just gave up refined sugar so the fruit is keeping me sane.

    Sorry, can't limit to 10, I like variety too much! : )

Starches: whole wheat bread/tortillas, sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, raisin bran

Protein: eggs, lowfat cheese, rotisserie chicken, frozen cooked shrimp, wild salmon, veggie burgers, 4% fat ground beef patties, beans, hummus, raw almonds, peanut butter, 1% milk, whey protein powder, yogurt

    Canned soups and chili

Fats: olive oil, coconut oil, butter spray

Fruits and Vegetables: As many as possible

Beverages: Red wine, green tea (I make pitchers of iced green tea, to which I add either a mint teabag or a fruity teabag)

    a variety of sweet treats

I would love to keep some of the 'healthy' snacks around my house, but I can't because I will eat them ALL. I tried but it didn't work. I learned it was better not to have any of those around. So instead my husband and I keep:

    1. Salmon fillets
    2. talapia fillets
    3. Cod fillets
    4. 97% fat free ham
    5. Chicken tenderlions
    6. Albacore tuna packs
    7. vegetables (all kinds)
    8. Fat free milk
    9. eggs
    10. granny smith apples and bananas
