Hello, I'm new here! I hope to lose steadily and get back into exercising. I needed a kick up the behind, and I got that on Saturday when I tried on some clothes which seem to have shrunk!!

What am I most looking forward to this summer?
1) Finishing up my last 6 weeks in Spain, exploring more of Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Granada and Seville
2) Going home after 15 weeks of travel and living with a host family
3) All of the summer activities I have on deck - weddings, friend's lake houses, graduation parties, Lake Michigan beaches, my birthday, baseball games, VEGAS! and visiting cousins in Texas

Looking forward to the beach and since I live in Orlando, it's not far away!
I lost 32 pounds on this site when I started in 2011 but I have gained 20 pounds in the past 6 months just because I quit eating right and I need to get back on track. When I lost it before, I was walking very fast for 30 minutes each and every day but I can't seem to get back into that routine because it hurts my back and legs so badly so I plan to just go slow with that part but to drastically change my eating habits.
Once I reach my goal of 170, I will go for 160!0 -

I have never done a challenge either so I am looking forward to doing this one for June and seeing if it helps me stay focused.

Well since it sounds like this challenge will reset in July I am going to do 3 things I am looking forward to this June.
1 summer hours!! Instead of working 5 days a week I only have to work 4 days.
2 meeting my fitness goal of walking 5 times a week.
3 watching my garden grow - I grew one last year by my dad helped me get it started. This time I was in charge from the get go...it will be fun to watch the progress and tend to it.
Looking forward to this challenge.

1. 60 Mile runners challenge for June
2. June is my "month off" - translated I get to do my planning for the next school year and rest a little
3. Anniversary trip to Destin (June 5 - 21st anniversary) -- Looks like there will be a slight delay since our daughter's softball tournament has been weather delayed to begin June 5... But we will get it in sometime this month ... can't miss it.
Have seen a slight up-tick since my initial post... Much of this is likely water weight so I am not adjusting my goal weight for the month at this time.0 -
