    What type of exersizes are you doing? I know there are a couple people doing p90x and a couch to 5 K program.

    I have been yoyoing since a high weight of 217 in 2011 down to 178.

    sw = 194
    cw = 187
    gw = 182 at end of June.

    1. Focus on eating healthy
    2. Focus on daily exercise
    3. Enjoy the summer with my grandson

    I read about the c25k app in one of the posts and downloaded it to my phone. I did first day
    work out today and felt great afterwards. It really is a terrific app.

    Suggestion for our weekend, Chose 1 thing and improve upon it: Drink more water, get your proper sleep hours, drink less alcohol, enjoy some active fresh air, shop at a farm stand or farmer’s market for veggies & fruits, Hug yourself, laugh, Hug someone you care about, smile…...

    I was hoping to start this month with a loss. I have to try harder next week because I would like to
    get the 5 pounds off this month. Last month I lost 3 so I know I can do it. More discipline and more
    exercise. My bike is off the turbo trainer and now on the road so I once I figure out my new calculator
    I will be riding. :bigsmile: I did the lose the 2 pounds from my sailing weekend but my ticker says
    169.0 so I will have to call it a maintain. :cry:

    I managed to squeeze into some size 16 (uk) smart trousers today. Was a bit diggy in at lunch time but I could do them up, which wasn't possible a few months ago.
