I have about 15 things I keep regularly... so adding 5 bonus ones!

    1) Turkey Deli Meat (from the counter, not the pre-packaged)
    2) Low fat cheese singles (babybel, phili cream cheese, etc)
    3) Celery
    4) Cucumbers

    11) Oat and Honey Bars (great with some natural smooth peanut butter!)
    12) GNC Lean Shakes (180 calories in one serving. Usually use this as a last resort if I'm in a hurry)

    14) Cherry tomatoes
    15) Frozen & shelled Edamame

I keep eggs, light rye bread, yogurt, berries such as blackberries and blue berries, apples, bananas, peanut butter, old fashioned oats, almonds and pecans, raisins, celery, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, tuna fish, pretzels, and popcorn. I try to plan my meals and snacks in advance each morning so I have a rough idea of what my calorie and food intake will be. I find if I think about it, put it in my lunch box for work, then I stick to healthy eating better than if I'm eating on the run. JenB

I don't really eat too much processed food or any diet/sugar free foods while dieting.

My staple meal is mexican. So, I keep beans (black or ff refried), tortillas (corn or high-fiber whole wheat flour), lettuce, light sour cream, eggs, and chicken. With this I make a variety of things: chicken tostadas, bean burritos, huevos rancheros, soft chicken tacos, etc.

I also usually have spinach or broccoli on hand, as a side.
