bump! I started out at 206 post baby #1, got down to 174 post baby #2, fell off the wagon and have steadily increased back to 190. This thread is very encouraging and I hope I can keep the motivation to begin working out more! Thank you ladies for sharing.1

94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014
I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!
Wow you don't even look like the same person, congrats you look fabulous. I am sure you don't need a stranger telling you that, but it is so true and you should be totally proud of yourself, you look so happy in the second picture truly inspiring.2 -
I love all of these!!!0

Thank you all for sharing your amazing successes! I have been watching biggest loser and extreme weight loss shows and I feel like they are losing their weight too fast causing them to have to have surgery for skin removal... Have any of you found that you need a tummy tuck or arm surgery?
Again - you all look great!!0 -
Heads up! Underwear pictures ahead. If you're in the office or uneasy about half-naked pictures, I suggesting scrolling down very quickly.
I'm 5'3" (164 cm). I've just started a strength training plan to build some muscle and definition. I'll add on to this progress pic in about 1 - 2 months.
Definitely an inspiration! Thanks for sharing0 -

I have lost fairly slowly but still have lots of saggy, loose skin, especially in my stomach, thighs, and upper arms. I'm sure that's because 1) I'm in my upper 50s, and 2) I weighed in the 200s for 30+ years. After 95 lbs lost, I have really considered a tummy tuck. But it can wait for a while. I'd rather go to Hawaii with the money at this point!4 -
5'4" here. Started at 135-ish when my last baby was around 10 months (2004). Got down to 100-102 at one point, but got smart and started lifting weights and eating right. I now sit around 113 and have way more muscle than I used to. I've kept in maintenance or purposely gaining weight/muscle for 10+ years now. I aim for FIT not skinny.
135 here - no exercise, and terrible diet
105 pounds here, lifting very little weights, 3-5lbs, decent diet but very low calories...note the excess amount of dimpling/cellulite on my legs! Ugh!
Finally started to lift weights, did about 6 months of Crossfit and heavy lifting by this point, and 112 pounds, lots more muscle
Last year, when I really started noticing the best changes, my cellulite is practically all but gone, heavy lifting (bad pic but you can see the change in my legs)
Recently, I was in the middle of a bulk here, but I'm still same weight - approximately 113 now - and much more muscle (and yes, I do still drink beer!)
Amazing truly a great example that women do need to lift heavy, cardio is great for your health but lifting is great for your body I am doing 5/3/1 program right now, I am starting all over because I was not allowed to lift during my pregnancy, I now wish I would have gotten a second opinion, but it is what it is, I have a happy healthy baby and now its time for me to get back in shape. Congrats you look amazing:)7 -
My progress picture is my profile picture. I'm 5'4, went from 180 to 139 in about 6 months, started my journey last June. Been maintaining for the last 6 months.3
