    I'm looking up my macros right now... and I admit. I had to look up TDEE..lol. I'm not MFP literate yet

    It has, but I don't believe it's because I lost weight. Logging my food every day for the past 3 years (exactly 3 years to this day, actually!), has helped me identify which foods bother me so I can eliminate them from my diet. Another big help, I feel, is a balanced macronutrient ratio... which I can obtain through logging every day!
