'You are not a dog, do not reward yourself with food'

    And

'If hunger is not the problem, then food is not the solution'

Log it. Learn from it. Move forward. And I love that one about not getting the *kitten* you want by sitting on the one you've got...that had me rolling!

"If it doesn't click today, maybe it will click tomorrow."

I figure, keep trying. One day, things will just "click" and you'll be off and running. I've gone through my ups and downs with losing weight, like everyone has. And I figure if today is tough, maybe tomorrow will be better. Just keep going.

    Second...

    "Don't forget to live"

Treat yourself. Take a day off the gym. Don't be so set on saying 'no' all the time that it drives you batty. You need to live your life and learn how to live it to achieve your goals. If you want that cupcake, honey, you eat that cupcake. Life goes on and you WILL be fine.

    "Remember Why You're Doing This"

and, when I feel like giving up and eating ALL THE THINGS, I just remind myself that every day I give in is another deficit day I'll have to add to the journey to make up for it (because I have a binge eating problem).

    Why be less than?

I can be 18% body fat at 155 or at 175. Why am I always trying to get to 155?
