    I'm looking to eat healthfully each day and not buy and food that I have not prepared myself. No on-the-go smoothies, no after-work cheeseburger "snacks", none of that. I am also going to log my meals each day and aim for at least a 20 minute walk in the evenings and at least 10 minutes of stretching.
