    Monday: 55 minutes (43 min run; 7 min walk; 5 min stretch)
    Tuesday: 140 minutes (walking around Disneyland - I mapped that I walked 6.67 miles, so at about 20 min/mile, I'm approximating the time... In reality, this was a 10+ hour event, but there was standing in line + sitting + riding, etc. all worked in there, too!) I was on my feet a good deal more than 140 minutes, so I"m going with it.

    We skipped the Yosemite part of our vacation and did a lot more sitting in the RV than i had anticipated, so I didn't get any exercise time in the past couple of days... if I can muster up a run tonight, that would be good and with spin class tomorrow, I still should be able to make goal, but it will be close. Not too bad for an RV vacation, though!

    Mon 16/06/14 = 91 min (3 miles) power walk, 19 min low impact aerobics
    Tue 17/06/14 = Rest day, but I guess I can still sneak this in; 30 min teaching (standing + talking)
    Wed 18/06/14 = 6 mild stretching, 20 min aerobics, 20 min HIIT, 44 min Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds (3 miles)
    Thurs 19/06/14 = 100 min stretch, cardio and power walk
    Fri 20/06/14 = Rest (cheat day--say what?)
    Sat 21/06/14 = Rest
    Sun 22/06/14 =

    Though I've exceeded my Move It goal, I've been off track (see: binge-eating) since Friday. :sick: Week 4, I'll be kind to you (more consistent work out and rest day)!
