    Sunday: Well... I didn't do any formal exercise today, but I went berry picking with my son - we were at it for about 2 hours. Then I came home and made dinner and then made jam with all the berries. While I wasn't really moving a lot, I was on my feet today for about 8 hours, which is NOT typical for me, so I'm going to give myself the credit for 40 minutes to hit goal... maybe that's cheating a bit, but holy crap, my feet hurt badly enough to feel justified! ha.

    I'm not Molly, but just in case she doesn't get back to you very soon, my impression is that you can join at ANY time. It's actually perfect timing because weeks start on Monday. Set your goal and get movin'!
