Hmmm....I love pasta. I could never give that up...EVER! I used to eat it in very large portions but now eat the correct portion size according to the box. If I'm eating out, I eat about a cup of it and put the rest in a box to go. As far as drinks go, I can never give up sweet tea.0

Coffee with cream and sugar - and tea at night with - yep, cream and sugar. I don't like milk in it AT ALL! It's horrible!0

Definitely medium rare steak, but sushi would be tough too. Just to tasty too give up either...0

Hmm, good question. If I put my mind to it I can pretty much give up anything, but I would have the hardest time with coffee, noodles (I love Asian foods), bread, and a mixed drink here and there!0

my food that i couldnt give up is bread i absolutly love it altho i have to eat it more in moderation now. havent had any today tho im trying to cut it out as much as i can.
i was hooked on diet coke as well but iv cut that down loads and havent had any today either.
i do love to have a vodka most weekends but iv cut that out now too til my birthday which im trying to lose 10lbs by. i will have a drink on my birthday then cut it out again until i lose another 10lbs it will be my reward for doing solol

I couldn't give up coffee or beer :laugh: I need an upper and a downer hahaha
For food I couldn't give up bread, and I would be really really sad if I had to give up chips. I ate chips throughout all of my weight loss journey--moderation is key!0 -

Movie Theater popcorn. I have it once a month.. or much less than that but there is no way I'm going to see a movie without getting at least a small popcorn to myself with butter0
