(gained some weight due to being sick and not exercising for a few months)

Ultimately want to get down to 128 for a bmi of 22 (nice, middle of the road weight for my height)
Based on wrist measurements I'm right on the line between small and medium framed

I have a small frame.
Current weight, 121 pounds.
Size 4 jeans but most are tight at current weight.
Estimated goal weight in the 112 -116 pound range; will need to fine-tune goal to the exact pound when I reach that magic number!

- and have you had any kids? (I know from experience that can affect your body! )
I'd say medium build.
I am currently 132lbs, and my pants are usually around a size 5.
My goal is 120lbs, because I just feel like it's right :-) for me, that is.
I am 19 years old.
