tomato peri peri, bacon, chicken and veggie liquidy stir fry 1024 cals, 138P/47C/27F weighted in at 1.6kg or about 3.5lbs

I made the nicest pasta dish last night. I used low fat creme fresh with milk, onions, chives, a bit of mustard for the sauce and added some spinach and lean cured beef, I forget the name of it but it was only 50 odd calories for half a packet, a much better choice than something like parma ham. It was bloody lovely

Simple dinner for me tonight. Sweet sour stir fry with some rice, lettuce&cherry tomatoes, and water spinach soup.0 -
I don't have any pictures, but I have had some good eats this week. Turkey breast, with green beans and mashed potatoes. Steak, kabob veggies- mushrooms, onions and sweet mini peppers, salad and baked potato. Grilled BBQ Chicken, rice and broccoli. Salmon, fried rice, steamed broccoli and snap peas. Salmon sushi, and coconut chicken paired with veggies steamed. I have a few more meals planned for later this week, using leftovers like steak and eggs and lettuce wrapped turkey.0
