I used exactly how people are judging my fitness level on here which is the photos.
no one judged you, I commented on what exactly cardio acceleration was and how it was not for me. You then judged my fitness level.
You said you need a 15 minute warmup Which did not make sense for a good fitness level.
Here is my fitness level

whats an example of a work out you do for cardio acceleration?
bench press 3x135lbx15
jump rope 30 sec in between each set
shoulder press 3x95lbx15
repeat jump rope
bicep curls 3x70lbx10
repeat jump rope
took a water break for 60 secs here because of fatigue level
skull crushers 3x70lbx10
repeat jump rope at highest intensity.
all jump rope sets were at least 40 revolution and about.0 -
I don't do any other exercises other than the Hawaii Chair.

idk, i definetly like the idea of condensing workouts, doing more work then you'd typically do in less time, but seems to much of a compromise.
i'd rather do my HIIT and then weights or on different days0 -

Nothing gets comprimised but your level of respect for others, friendliness, chivalry, tact, and level of intelligence.
But really, who cares when you're fitter than anyone who talks to you?0 -
That workout was a easier cardio acceleration day. I failed my last leg cardio acceleration day.0

The OP was just a question. Did it say anything about being in better shape then anyone. Nope but one of the answer came back as people wanting minimal effort for good results which I interpret as quick fix and being lazy.0 -

no but specifically told people that they couldn't do it at "your level" and that you judge peoples fitness based on their profile pics, gtfo0 -
OP, I do cardio acceleration as part of shortcut to shred on bodybuilding.com, I like it more because I'm pretty prone to injury with HIIT, but not so much with cardio acceleration, that and I love that I'm doing it all at once, so I don't have to drag myself to do HIIT after weights. So for me it's more effective, because I do it way more consistently.0

I won't disagree with this. I can see you interpreting people accusing you of doing the "simple quick fixes".
Yes, what you are doing has its place. If you are very cramped for time, you can get good results from short, high intensity workouts. That's not a bad thing.
But judging other people's fitness level from their pictures and saying that they can't do thing at "your level". Dude, show some class. You're looking very immature.0 -
