Thanks for the awesomely fast reply :) I figured as much....but I use the 100g weight measure a lot. and figured as much.....since with the peel the calorie count would be way over the top, since the peel adds about 20 grams lol. And I've found just how "off" even the banana measurements are.....

I'm curious how this calorie count will affect these new super bananas that bill gates helped create?

Thanks for this! For the most part I've been doing this pretty well on my own, but now I know a couple more things I can check to ensure I'm accurately counting my calories. ;)

This was very helpful! With such a large database and so many items to choose from, I always wonder if I am making the correct choice. I like to use the barcode scanner as much as possible.

    Very informative.

I sometimes use 'generic' on occasion as I do not buy meat (fresh or cooked/cured), fish, bread or most of our cheese from supermarkets. I sometimes put them down as supermarket/brand name things, but I know there's more fat and less water in the bacon I buy. I log more food than I have eaten though, to be on the safe side.

that was very helpful, recently I did notice that some were wrong, so I scan from my phone right from the content. But something you can't adjust, like fruits and veg unless you scan them to be correct.

    But this is helpful..:blushing: :flowerforyou:

Make sure you're wearing reflective high visibility clothing. Make sure the applicable laws are in your favor by contacting the police dept. (I'm sure they are but it can't hurt to double check) Get license plate, make and model. Video it a few times. Turn it in to the cops and ask for assistance in dealing with her.

That's just a compilation of other ideas, but it's a good plan of attack.

If that fails, go to amazon, look up "caltrops," use them and be prepared to sprint instead of jogging. (This option is not conducive to your long term usage of the jogging route.)

Mostly kidding on that last idea...

Ok, that was just weird. This comment posted to a topic I read before this one and I can't edit to erase it.

I guess suggesting that it be disregarded isn't neccessary.

    O.o

    I love the OP though!
