Struggles: This past week was I was out of town Wednesday - Sunday. Maintaining protein and getting my veggies each day was the most challenging. Most days the carbs were way too high but my days were full and active. My result was maintaince weight.

5'7" height
Please support me. I have gained weight from gall bladder surgery and medication that caused rapid weight gain. The problem is that I am a teacher, and although I exercise daily in the summer, I am not as active as I am as when I am in the classroom every day. Would appreciate encouragement. I will post weight on Wednesday. I was in a deficit on Tuesday and followed the plan but am two pounds heavier this morning. I decided to weigh once a week. Thanks.0
