This is such a good idea! I think I'll make this for dinner tonight!0 -
Last night we had turkey bacon horseradish bison sliders with chimay cheese, cubed watermelon with fresh basil and balsamic glaze, and arugula salad with blueberries and fresh raw corn lightly dressed with a vidalia onion vinegaratte.
It was amazeballs.

Last night's dinner of frozen Jeno's pizza (holla) and a fresh veggie stir-fry with homemade sauce. I like to tell a story about this meal, it goes like this: once upon a time (last week) I made an amazing homemade sauté of several fresh, colorful vegetables, fresh skinless chicken breast, and my own sauce concoction. I logged it and the MFP app gave me a fingerwag, saying, "You are approaching your sodium goal for the day." Then last night I made a gol-darned FROZEN PIZZA and MFP gave me the thumbs-up, saying, "Well done! This food is high in protein!" The moral of this exciting story is that I should eat more pizza and fewer healthful, time-consuming homemade meals, because I value MFP's approval.

I think I'm probably out of my depth here but, when I started to diet I had to actually get off my backside and do a bit of cooking. You need to remember I thought cooking was boiling and egg or microwaving last nights takeaway at that point in my life.
I really started to enjoy the cooking as I lost weight and started to do selfies of many of my meals. I uploaded over a hundred in the past year to photobucket.
Anyhow take it easy on me if you go take a look, I am far from an expert in the kitchen and I'm an even worse photographer lol.
These pictures are just a random assortment of meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Just FYI all of these meals where cooked using Slimming World guidelines ie syns. I also obviously make sure they are low fat and not too high in calories.

They both were very creamy. There is a restaurant Called Homeroom in Oakland CA that specialized in Mac N Cheese. (its their entire menu) They have the recipe pat down. We don't go there often(for Obvious reasons) but holy hell they are good!!0 -
