i love cooking pretty food!!!
This looks awesome!!!! May I have the recipe please?0 -
Simple roasted asparagus with goat cheese, garlic-crusted trout with a bit of last night's tomato sauce.
Yum! I'm afraid this is not an individual plate, but that's how I see an asparagus portion in my head.
No one else in my house likes asparagus, so whenever I buy it, ITS ALL MINE!0 -
All this food posted looks great, but some looks like it takes quite awhile to make. I do not have time to cook does anyone have very quick and easy meals?0

Tonight's dinner: my wrapless version of Cheddar's grilled buffalo chicken wrapper.
I LOVE the wrap from Cheddar's, but don't eat there anymore due to having food allergies and not wanting to risk cross-contamination after one of their chefs explained their kitchen procedures to me.

Pasta Bake and salad.
My son wanted Fajitas but I didn't have enough calories for the full deal, so I compromised.
Chilli Con Carne (with vege's instead of rice)
Marinated chicken breast, with salad and veges.

I haven't posted for a while but my meals are typically cooked in 30mins or less.
Deevaa: that is the most legit home made ramen I've ever seen. And I've lived in japan haha. Well done.0 -

Oh, It was me I think! It's probably really close to the real deal, I made them with two different broths (dashi, made with bonito flakes and konbu, and a pork stock made with pork tails, ham bone and some fat trimmings from a baked ham) seasoned with tare (mirin and soy sauce), and ramen are ramen from Sun Noodles. I know that corn is mostly a north of Japan thing, but I love the sweet taste it confers to the soup. And I usually do the same recipe with braised pork shoulder, but I had some sort of tonkatsu craving, hence the choice of pork tonkatsu for toppings.
(Ok, i must confess that I am a crazy ramen fan.)0 -

Regardless of what my meals look like, I always use a dessert plate. If it doesn't fit, it doesn't get eaten. My husband and I rarely go out to eat, so I cook most every meal.0
