    Another good run today apart from almost tripping and falling over which would have been so embarrassing not going to up my target anymore as so close to the end of july I will just see how far I can go past my target and that will be my starting point for aug

    So close to goal but not quite. Still have two more runs scheduled for this week before the month's over, but they're both only supposed to be 3 miles. If I just extend one slightly I'll squeeze it in. We'll see I guess!

    Almost there, however I have succumbed again to a cold (damn winter and it's germs). Nevertheless, I should be able to get one or two more runs in before the end of the month and hit my target. Fingers crossed.

    7/4 - failed attempt to run - tweaked ankle
    7/6 - ankle feels WAAAY better, 3.9 miles (and hit the beach too - apparently my dog looks like a polar bear... LOL!)
    7/8 - 3.5 Miles
    7/10 - 2.0 miles - short run due to strong possibility of thunderstorms.
    7/12 - 4.0 miles
    7/15 - 2.0 miles
    7/16 - 3.1 miles
    7/19 - 3.8 miles - Goal exceeded!

    been really tired today I think I have pushed myself hard the last two runs and because I dont want to take a rest day yet I took it easier today and only did a mile I know it seems daft I run so much less than any of u but for me this month has been a huge deal but im determined to get stronger and I will push harder tomorrow

    Due to my wisdom teeth surgery and unpleasant side effects from it I sat out most of July. In the last week I'm running again and figured out why my running shoes were "not quite right."

    I'm at 9.7 miles of 20.

    I've been following your runs during the challenge - you are doing really awesome! Remember though, that taking rest days is good for you, especially if your body isn't used to the abuse you give it by running. Rest days HELP you get stronger. :)

    On vacation with my hubby's tablet so no ticker or copy/paste of past runs...as of my last post I was at 37.3 miles. I added another 4.4 on Saturday. It was a 4.4 mile run, up and down a mountain with obstacles and a blast!!! Puts me at 41.7. Likely won't make my goal 60 but planning to get some runs in this week nonetheless. Great job everyone!!!!
