    You guys are amazing! Being a amateur lifter here but I must admit the shoulder definition that I have is inspiring so I'm always in the mirror doing some stupid pose to show off my shoulders. Now if my triceps would follow suit I will be sooo satisfied!

    How many dang tricep push-ups does a girl have to do!?!

    I am currently bulking right now (need more muscle)

    I'll get a good flexing photo tomorrow for the thread as I have shoulders to train and I always get a good chest/shoulder pump.

    In the mean time here my video for neutral grip pull ups...my back is flexing because it working :)
