Too easy.
I swim 5km a day. That takes 110 minutes. Add a weight lifting hour and some days it exceeds 180 minutes.

Although I think I'm pretty much on target anyway to take part in this challenge, I'm getting my wisdom tooth removed on the 15th which means no exercise for a few days at least, and probably being careful for a few weeks (as it might involve taking a bit of jaw bone out so that needs to heal and stuff).

Week # 1 – August 4th -- Goal: 420 minutes (either 60 minutes minimum daily of something exercise-y [IDEALLY gym time], or at least a min. 600cal. burn per day, if that makes sense):
Mon: 52 minutes on elliptical - 608 calories burned
Tue: ~90 minutes slow walk (errands) - ~481 calories burned
Wed: ~52 minutes on elliptical (including "cool down") - 630 calories burned; ~30 minutes slow walk (that's all I want to give myself credit for) at the grocery store after the gym - ~160 calories burned... I also tested strength training but I'm not counting that yet
