Don't feel discouraged, please! I was at first too, because I was weighing more than I was a few weeks ago, but I'm still doing my thing and as long as you're taking the right steps for you, you're still making progress in other ways, whether you SEE it or not! I can't see your profile (and I'm not an expert either, so I probably wouldn't be able to give you much advice in that area), but it could be a number of things.. are you weighing at the same time of day in the exact same way? Is it that TOM? Are you weight training? Those could all be factors..0 -
