    Mon: 10 min walk so far. 30 minute kettle bell workout.
    Tue: Ran and walked 45 minutes + 20 minutes Tae Kwon Do (I taught class so not too hard work out)
    Wed: 40 minute walk
    Thur: Ran/Walked/pushups between laps 45 minutes (3 miles)
    Fri: Walked 25 minutes 40+ minutes Tae Kwon Do - Good sweaty workout!

    Monday: 110 minutes (60 min spin class + 25 min circuit training + 20 min treadmill + 5 min stretch)
    Tuesday: Unexpected rest day
    Wednesday: 60 minutes (spin class)
    Thursday: 65 minutes (40 min circuit training; 20 min treadmill; 5 min stretching)
    Friday:
    Saturday: 60 minutes (spin class)

    I have spent the better part of the last two days cleaning, painting, and loading a moving truck. Tomorrow, I will be unloading said moving truck, doing more cleaning and painting.

    I am going to go ahead and say that I've met goal for the week... (maybe the month - good grief I am tired/sore). I am never going to move again, unless that move entails selling every item I own. For real.
