Thinking about a beard

Who has them, how do you like them, how do you women like them, do you wish you could grow one, do you think I should grow one?

I've never known a beard to make someone more attractive.

I, personally, think it's becoming a bit of a hipster trend and don't care for them on men.

You know it is funny. I can grow one in a week but never tried it. It scares me to death. And it WILL be a trimmed beard at most.

Yes, the answer to whether to grow a beard is always yes.

My husband recently grew a beard and I was floored by just how much I love it! He's commented repeatedly that if he knew it would have that kind of effect on me, he would have grown one years ago! :blushing: :smooched:

ETA: His is a trimmed, groomed beard. I wouldn't dig it if he was going for the Duck Dynasty look. Shudder

Do it. Worst case scenario you don't like it and shave it off.

Beards are great - no hipster beard though. You don't need things living in there!

I like a beard on a man that's a bit longer than just a scruffy look. I've always had a thing for men with facial hair.

If it gets you more sex, I say yes. If it gets you less sex, I say no.

If you can look at my beard without feeling a tingle, then you are probably a dude.

Beards are very sexy if they are kept trim- nothing sexy about the grizzly Adams look, in my opinion. The Moustache-Goatee combo drives me crazy :P

I often remind my boyfriend that I enjoy beards. I ask him to grow his out, and even offer to follow him around and scratch his neck to help pass through the itchy stage.

Once, he told me he was confused by what I meant by 'beard'. He said, a big mountain man beard? a little neatly trimmed beard? a goatee, mustache, muttonchops, what is it I am asking for, he pondered.

All beards. One of each of the above mentioned, thank you.

But alas, he works in a hospital and dress code requires him to have facial hair trimmed in such a way to get a complete closure on his face mask. So he is limited. And I am saddened. There are a few weekends where he will end up with 4-5 days off in a row, then 2 days of paperwork. Those weeks he lets it grow and it is glorious.

    I love beards.
