I was not sure how to enter this into MFP, but I tried to redo my goal and just set it to Active, and the same numbers as the website suggested came up! I will give it a try. I do go to the gym 3-5 times a week and burn about 1000 kCal per workout, plus I usually work between 5-7000 steps per day on the other days. I hope this help, since I have been on a plateau for 2 months. Thank you!
