hey everyone im back after holiday
and got caught up in post holiday rubbish which meant I skipped 2 days of running but today I refused to allow myself to wrangle out of it even tho I was dreading it but actually once I got out there I felt amazing such a feeling of freedom and the changes in my body in such a short space of time are amazing I barely need recovery time I run further and I even sprinted (if u can call it that) I basically pushed myself as fast as I could go all the way to my front door and managed to knock 3 mins off my previous time which im well proud of still no where near the 30mins but a PB for me
so im officially saying I have the running bug I actually love what I am doing and its probably thanks to this group making me accountable to others to stick to my target so altho it has been a slow start im only 6miles in im gonna get there still hate night running so gonna have to organise myself better to avoid it and so far managed to avoid any real raining as not sure how I will feel about running in that but will let you know night all0 -

Decided to change my goal to 50 miles to get me out of my comfort zone and push myself a little harder.
02AUG14 - 5.28 miles
03AUG14 - 1.75 mile run with a friend

13AUG14 - 1.81 miles with my son for a total of 23.2 miles. Tickerfactory is giving me fits right now, will update ticker when I can.
14AUG14 - 2.21 miles - tickerfactory is still being a pain for me. Will have to recreate when I have a minute.
16AUG14 - 4.61 miles - didn't even try tickerfactory. I give up. :P
