    I hit the gym really early this morning and it felt great! I had to head straight out to the barn and ride two horses, clean stalls and give a few lessons..... I CRASHED when I got home. Definitely going to need to figure out a better food intake that is still low-glycemic index, plenty of energy and will lead to weight loss.

    But, I did at 2.5 mile. (tiny I know) I was feeling it. Took a bit of 'fight' to get through that middle mile and a half. The last half mile I finally got that little rush that made it easier. Also need to start foam rolling. Shins, IT band, and arches of the feet all started barking at me.
