Decided to change my goal to 50 miles to get me out of my comfort zone and push myself a little harder.

03AUG14 - 1.75 mile run with a friend
05AUG14 - 3.3 miles
07AUG14 - 2.75 miles (for a total of 13.08) Will update my ticker when I get home. Forgot to record this last night after my run.

Ouch this morning - my neighbor was out walking and she called me, she sounded like she was hurt so I'm half running sideways/backwards talking to her and when I realize she is okay (she wanted to know if it was me) I turn to keep running and tripped myself up and fell. I didn't think it was a big deal, except for the blood running down my elbow LOL so I finished my run. Well I'm sitting at my desk and realize I twisted my knee, my ankle and landed on my hip. Geez I'm going to be a baby today and whine about it LOL BTW I feel at like .5 mile so I'm proud finished even if I left a trail of blood behind LOL Have a great weekend everyone!
