    Decided to change my goal to 50 miles to get me out of my comfort zone and push myself a little harder.

    02AUG14 - 5.28 miles
    03AUG14 - 1.75 mile run with a friend

    hey everyone i know i have MIA lately but im still here just away on holiday with in laws and till next tue i am focusing my energy on the stationary bike but once i get back tuesday i will resume kicking *kitten* and reaching my monthly target see u all next week cant wait to see how u all kick butt on ur targets
