    I'm going to go with 50 for August. I'm actually already 6 in - I did 2 miles on the treadmill August 1st, and I walked 4 miles yesterday.

    Managed 35 (mostly walked) last month; aiming for 40 this month with at least 10 miles of running.
    So far 0 running miles in August but plan on amending that tomorrow.

    Sorry I'm a bit late joining again - just back from my jollies, 7 weeks to the next trip and I need to get much fitter in preparation for hiking the Inca Trail. So aiming for 75 miles this month, probably about half running, half walking. Ticker to follow!
