Friday 1st Aug i ran 4.4 miles
Today i ran the local Park Run which is 3.1

I would like to join, but I have a question. Does distance on an elliptical or arc trainer count? I use both of these in addition to the treadmill for my cardio because they are easier on an old foot injury of mine. I need to know so I can make an accurate distance goal for the month. Thanks! And keep sweatin'!
