    I would love to join in on this challenge! It's been years since I ran consistently so I'm looking to get that consistency back and shed 20 pounds along the way ;) I'm not sure what to set my August goal at? Maybe I'll start conservative and say 40 miles. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress over the next month!

    I'm in for 185. Doing a 50k race in September and a 50 mile race in October. I don't have a running partner, so hopefully this forum and group can keep me motivated... I have been running for just about 3 1/2 years and I love seeing all the new runners here!

    I'm in for 215k in August. I had a goal of 200k for July and hit 204k with 2 days left, so I think adding on another 15k's is do-able...(gotta love those 31day months LOL :D). I'm not training for any races (in fact I've only done 2 in my entire life) I just run to run :D. Happy trails everyone!

    50 for August! I hope I can commit to this. August is typically the hottest month of the summer and I hate running indoors. Crossing fingers!

    I'm in! I missed my July goal by 25ish miles so I really want to meet my goal this month. My HM training plan has 111 mi. scheduled for July, but I think 75 is a safer bet for me. It sucks to be that far off, but I'm being realistic with weather, family obligations, etc.

    Hmmmm a running challenge. I'm more of a cyclist, but I would like to try and vary my exercise. I'm not ashamed to start off way low at 25 miles for August. Now to figure out this ticker. . .

    I had a goal of 40 in July and (after today's planned run at lunch time, will have made goal, barely!). I would LIKE to increase my mileage for August, but I'm moving this month and have some other things going on, so I think even getting to 40 may prove a challenge, so I'm going to keep it at 40 miles for August and see what happens.
