I seem to be stuck too- only .2 pounds gone this week after a great start the first two weeks-- really??? I stayed at 1200 each day (and yes I count every bite that goes in my mouth) and I even rode my bike a few times - once 8 miles!! Ugh. I hope I don't get discouraged. I just need some motivation to stay with it.0 -
8/2: I'm in. Been struggling all summer with not losing anything plus a sprained ankle kept me off my feet for 3 weeks.
8/9: I'm 110% positive this is a false number. I have maintained my calorie goal and had some good workouts this week. I saw progress at the beginning of the week, then TOM came and wrecked shop on my progress. Hoping for a better showing next week, but still disappointed in this week.
8/16: I really don't understand what is going on here. I even went up 3 lbs at some points this week. Confused but still trying.

My goal for the month says 215 but, honestly I just wanted to see thatscale go lower. Even if it was only 1pound. My ffirst weigh in I said I wanted to get below 220. I have fluctuaded within a few pounds up and down 216-219. I've even had several bad days and it still hasn't gone back IP to 220.
This is the first time I have actually lost weight. Slowly but surely. It pays off.0 -

I didn’t hit goal in July and it’s starting to look the same for August. I knew around 190 would be a stuck weight for me but that doesn’t make it any easier (I have a few weights where my body ALWAYS gets stuck and tries to stay). I’m trying hard to stay motivated.
