I know what you mean about working from home. Same problem here. And my wife has no problem keeping weight off, so she tends to buy foods that dont help me. But to answer your question:
Oranges
Bananas
Pears
Raisins
Soups - Healthy select
Salad fixins
Grapefruit cups - Delmonte no sugar added
Activia Yogurt
and my indulgence - M&Ms - just a handfull a day when I need a boost.
Thats only 9, but its what I have. And its only the stuff I snack on mostly. My main courses are pretty varied.0 -
Right now, it's hummus, wheat thins or whole wheat pitas, lemon yogurt delights, south beach cinnamon raisin bars, cinnamon chex cereal, baby carrots, boars head turkey, lean cuisines and my new obsession is the chex mix bars. Only 120 calories and super chocolately. They have some sugar of course, but it's like eating a candy bar and it makes a really filling shack.0

My fiance is Japanese, so I cook a lot of curry vegetables with rice. So I always have an abundant supply of:
~green curry paste
~ginger
~broccoli/cauliflower
~brown rice
~bell peppers
~onions
~bamboo
And I am Irish and I pretty much live on cabbage soup, so we're never without:
~cabbage
~celery
~veggie boullion cubes
~and a limited amount of baby carrots.
I can make a whole pot of cabbage soup for 150 calories. It's amazing.
And for my dessert craving I mix 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt with 1tsp of sugar free raspberry preserves. You get a whole bowl full for only like 110 calories!0 -
