Welcome everyone. I've hit a wall lately. I am eating right ,drinking water and exercising. I just feel unmotivated. Just need to get back into my cycle and this cold weather has me in a fuss. I love the snow but I wasnt prepared for it this fast:)
My weight is 137. I haven't gained or lost anything. My husband says I am doing great. I think I should be doing more. and yet Im not.....SO....Keep motivating me please. I love all the post even if I do not respond. I just learned how to reply from my phone so when I travel I will be able to stay in touch.
I stoped measuring myself because i didnt see a change. My next measurement will be Feb 1st.

Ladypersia-i feel ya on the wall...I truly feel that I may have reached a plateau as well!!! just keep sticking to it and getting in your workouts, and remember not to eat to LITTLE!! I am sure we will both get past it soon

To All: Don't get discouraged most weight less than 1 lb is usually water weight. Once you adjust your diet a bit (usually salt intake), you will lose that and some. For those who did not lose at all, check your measurements, how does your clothes feel? Congrats to all on our loss this week.
