Hi, everyone that was in my 50 lb challenge group, I think we reached the posting limit, you can start posting your weights here in part 2 thread. I would really like to keep a chart running of our group, because we have so many people, I think it would be easier, if every friday or saturday when you post your weigh in, also say how much weight do you have left to lose until you reach the 50 lbs. And I can keep track that way. Thanks :)

  • Lost 2 more pounds for the week making the scale show 193 as my current weight! 10 pounds lost so far. 40 pounds left to lose to get to my challenge goal of 153.

    is it too late to join? I have lost 1 pound so far. I would LOVE to be down to 130 by july. 180 currently.
  • So does that mean i can still be joining late (lol) or not. (:/) if it isnt possible to join then ill completely understand the fact that there are already too many people;

    I'm still at 20lbs and have 30lbs to lose. I seem to have hit a plateau this week.

    yeah i think the postin limit was reached as well. it's mos def locked lol. took me a min 2 find it again. haha.

    kinda dreadin 2morrow's weigh in. i haven't lossed any weight but i've lost 9.5inches. YAY ME!!!

  • Wow, congrats to everyone! It's good to see you all achieving your goals.

    Well, I weight in today (saturday morning here) and I'm 95.2kg, so that means I lost 2lbs more, a total of 4lbs lost in these two weeks :D

    I lost 2 pounds this week (total of 9lb so far this month), weigh in this morning was 265. I have 41 pounds left to go!

    Kinda surprised by my 1/2 lb gain this week. I actually met the 5000 calorie challenge and was only over my calorie limit one day. Hopefully next week will be better.

    Stephanie- I am in another similar challenge and the person who is hosting it has a spreadsheet that we enter our information into through google docs. Her user name is Krys_T. You might want to talk to her about how she set that up. Each week we go to the link she provided choose our username and the week that it is, and then enter in our new weight. She also has a link were we can go and look at the chart for everyone. Then it is very easy to read and she doesn't have to do anything because the spreadsheet does it all for her. Just a thought to make it a little easier on you!

    Thank you, I will contact her and figure out how we can do that too. Amy, I recieved your chart. Thank you for making it. I will have it posted on Monday, so I can add everyones new weigh ins. This was a rough rough week. My internet went out, and had car issues. I weighed in today and up 2.5 lbs from last week (CW 216.5-48.5 left to go for challenge) I have no excuses. I am committed this week to getting completely back on track starting today. I have started the South Beach Diet and will stick to it this time. Good luck this week everyone.     Overall, i am so happy about this weeks results. Last week i barely lost anything. Then for this week, i took in more calories and started having protein shakes. I honestly felt i would gain a pound because i am doing my workouts without a HRM and takin in more calores. But nope, i got a good number this week. All i can say is Awesome and i'm out of the 170'S B*@tches. hee hee. I really didn't mean that literally. I'm just so excited.

    Ok I weighed on Wednesday and was down to 195.....now I am feeling the girlyness monthy stuff and ya know what comes with that.....grrrrrr. I keep trying to stay in my calories and here in a couple days it will be better, it had better be!!!
