I'm happy enough with that. I did miss my strength training, but I took a rest week while mollycoddling my poor wee knees. )

Total: 471 mins (Walking: 326, Cardio/Class: 90, Strength/flexibility:55 , Swimming: 0)
Overall I’m very happy with that nice active week. When it’s all written down it somehow seems more real. )
Missed strength training again due to problems scheduling new PT, but all set for this week.
No swimming as Sunday is my swimming day and I had to work.0 -
