I'm happy enough with that. I did miss my strength training, but I took a rest week while mollycoddling my poor wee knees.)

Sun: 50 min walk
Total: 471 mins (Walking: 326, Cardio/Class: 90, Strength/flexibility:55 , Swimming: 0)
Overall I’m very happy with that nice active week. When it’s all written down it somehow seems more real.)
Missed strength training again due to problems scheduling new PT, but all set for this week.
No swimming as Sunday is my swimming day and I had to work.0 -
