Forgot to post this yesterday - had flag football practice and volleyball practice yesterday, which constituted my exercise for the day.

I haven't done this challenge in a while! I'm in. I went for a four hour hike on labor day, so that starts me out well!
9/1: hiking, 240 mins
9/2: yoga, 60 mins

I'll do this. Never done it before, but I'm feeling motivated! Already started my September off on the right foot with a quick workout this morning and walking hills planned during my son's baseball practice tonight! Is there a special group I need to join / add so I can see everyone's progress?

Dijerz45 - All you need to do is post on here daily the amount of time you have done some sort of exercise- the goal is for you to hit 24 hours worth by the end of the month. It's really a challenge with yourself, to keep yourself in check and have some accountability - and it's fun to see that other people are doing it with you.0
